I called 2 other companies to service my gas furnace.  Minor issue.  One companybwouldnt take my information and the other never called back.  Referred to Yankee Oil (Total Energy) spoke with someone and they fit me in within a week.  Excellent service and excellent prices. Amazing customer service. Fantastic communication. We are very satisfied with Yankee oil. They really know their business and their staff is completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning.  I can't say enough about our experience other than to say that we are a very satisfied customer! I have used Yankee oil since I moved to this area.  They have always been polite, fixed my problems and helped me figure things out that would be best for me who is an older woman. They have gone above to help me out. Very reliable service to use.
